Keep posting, and keep inside the rules.
Twelve branded videos from a 15-minute questionnaire, scripted, professionally voiced and edited for your clinic, with every clip written around the cosmetic advertising rules instead of into them. No before-and-afters, no testimonials, no filming between appointments. You just post. Or we schedule them for you.
Sound familiar?
Instagram is where cosmetic and skin clients actually find you, and the two formats that used to carry the account are the two you can no longer lean on.
- ✓Your old content playbook stopped working. Before-and-afters, glowing client reviews and influencer collaborations were the whole feed. The cosmetic advertising guidelines that took effect in September 2025 tightened all three, and the safe version of your account has gone quiet.
- ✓You cannot name the thing you actually do. Prescription-only injectables cannot be advertised to the public in Australia, which is why every clinic writes around the brand names. Producing a month of content that never says the obvious word is genuinely hard.
- ✓Your day is back-to-back appointments. There is no spare hour to film, edit and caption, so the account slips for weeks while the clinic down the road posts daily.
- ✓Generic agencies will get you in trouble. Most social media managers have never read the guidelines and will happily hand you a results carousel, a client testimonial reel, or a caption using words like painless and safe.
How it works
You're treating clients all day. This takes almost none of your time.
Fill in the questionnaire
About 15 minutes, once. Your treatments and skin services, who runs them and under what registration, your suburb, your brand, and the voice you want: clinical and reassuring, luxe, or straight talking.
We produce your month
Twelve branded videos: skin health explainers, aftercare and downtime guides, consultation walk-throughs, ingredient myth-busting and practitioner intros, scripted and voiced with motion graphics, each reviewed by a human editor against the advertising rules before it reaches you.
You post, or we do
Delivered ready to post with captions, hashtags and a calendar. Prefer hands-off? We schedule and publish them for you.
What's included every month
- ✓12 branded short-form videos: Reels, TikTok and Shorts format, in your colours with your logo.
- ✓Content that works without results photos: skin health education, aftercare and downtime expectations, what a consultation actually involves, ingredient and device explainers, and the questions every nervous first-timer is quietly googling.
- ✓Captions and hashtags written for every single video, checked for the language the guidelines rule out.
- ✓A 30-day posting calendar: what to post, when, and why, so your feed never goes quiet again.
- ✓Optional scheduling: we post them to your accounts so you never have to remember.
- ✓Human editorial review on every clip: claims kept accurate, product naming kept careful, wording kept inside the advertising rules.
Built for the cosmetic advertising rules
Cosmetic advertising is the most closely watched corner of health marketing in Australia. If your clinic is nurse or doctor led you advertise under AHPRA, and the therapeutic goods rules on advertising prescription-only products apply to everyone. We build your content around all of it, so a reel grows your clinic instead of becoming a problem.
- ✓No testimonials, including influencer ones: testimonials about clinical care are not permitted in advertising a regulated health service, and the cosmetic guidelines are explicit about influencer content. We lead with education and demonstration instead.
- ✓No before-and-after results content: we simply do not build it. It is the single fastest way for a clinic to draw a complaint, and everything we make is designed to earn the enquiry without it.
- ✓Careful with prescription-only products: scripts are written so your content does not advertise prescription-only injectables to the public, and we avoid the brand names and the winking substitutes for them.
- ✓None of the flagged language: no safe, no painless, no world renowned, no promises about confidence or self-esteem, no trivialising a procedure that carries real risk.
- ✓Never aimed at under 18s: tone, casting, music choice and platform targeting all assume an adult audience, in line with the guidelines.
This is general content support, not legal advice. You know your clinic, your registration and your obligations, and you stay the final approver on everything. What you get from us is content that starts inside the rules rather than needing to be walked back. If you want the plain English version of what applies, we wrote one: the AHPRA social media rules for clinics.

Is this really AI?
Yes, and we won't pretend otherwise. Scripts and voiceover are AI-produced, then a human editor reviews every video for accuracy and tone before it reaches you. You get the speed of AI with a person accountable for the result.
Can you make before-and-after reels?
No, and that is deliberate. Results content is the most complained-about format in cosmetic advertising and the guidelines put real conditions around it. Everything we build is designed to bring in enquiries without it: education, aftercare, consultation walk-throughs and the practitioner's own expertise on camera-free video.
What about client testimonials and reviews?
We do not put testimonials about clinical care into your content, and that includes influencer collaborations. Clients are free to write their own reviews wherever they like. What we can do is turn the themes behind good feedback, like a calm consultation or thorough aftercare, into content about how your clinic works.
Can you name the treatments we offer?
Skin treatments, devices and non-prescription services, yes. Prescription-only injectables cannot be advertised to the public in Australia, so scripts are written to talk about consultations, assessment and aftercare rather than the product. You stay the final approver, and if you have your own wording rules from your indemnity insurer we follow those too.
We are a skin clinic, not a nurse-led injectable clinic. Does this still fit?
Yes. Dermal therapists, facialists and laser clinics get the same twelve videos, and if you are not a registered practitioner the AHPRA guidelines may not apply to you. Australian Consumer Law and the therapeutic goods advertising rules still do, so the claim checking stays.
Will this actually bring clients in?
We cannot promise numbers, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can do is keep you posting consistently with content that shows your expertise and answers the questions a nervous first-timer has, which is what turns a quiet feed into an enquiry channel over time.
What do you need from me?
About 15 minutes: a short questionnaire on your treatments, who performs them, your suburb, your logo and colours, and the tone you prefer. Send us any photos or clips you already have of the clinic space and team and we turn them into video. No filming required for most videos.
What if a video isn't right?
Every clip is reviewed before it reaches you, and each reel includes two rounds of revisions. Send all your changes for a reel in one batch and we turn them around fast. Text, music, timing, re-ordering and captions are always quick to change. You supply any raw photos or clips, so a fresh shoot is the only thing that is not a simple re-edit.
Am I locked in?
No. Every month is month to month with no contract, and a founding spot only locks your price, not a commitment. Continue or stop any month, and you keep everything we made.
